Ski camp JG 8:

Every year, the entire Year 8 class goes on a week-long school ski camp in Austria, specifically in the Zillertal. The journey is by coach and the students are accommodated in the cozy youth hotel "Harterhof", where they enjoy excellent catering.

During the day, the focus is on skiing and technique training. In six groups - from beginners to experts - the participants learn and improve their skiing skills under the guidance of our trained ski instructors from the college. The Zillertal Arena ski area with its varied pistes offers ideal conditions for all levels.

In addition to skiing, there is also plenty of fun: in the evening, we round off the day with games, varied leisure activities and social get-togethers. The ski camp is a special highlight every year, where the pupils not only make progress in terms of sport, but also grow together as a class community.

We are already looking forward to the next trip to the winter paradise!

Ski camp JG 11:

If you ask some students about their best experience at school, the answer is sometimes: "The ski camp in Year 11!" The trip in the Lausitzer Füchse coach, led by Mr. A. Müller, goes to South Tyrol, to the Valler Valley, where they spend the night in Mühlbach. On the slopes of the Gischberg - Jochtal ski area, there is rarely anything left to be desired. Experts, beginners, returnees - there is a suitable ski or snowboard group for everyone. For the so-called "mountain festival" there is a cultural bonus: who is the polar bear and where does the snow come from? The participants can expect a bit of theater and great music - and some of them can also look forward to personal surprises.
